Return period
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original labels and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned at your expense.
What are my refund options?
Once your return is received and approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@valeurique.com, including clear photos and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Are there any items I cannot return?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
- Worn, washed or modified items
- Items without original labels or packaging
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
If the return is a result of an error on our part (for example, an incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the costs.
Return Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
